OpenLMIS collects personal data provided by individuals on a voluntary basis. We may collect names, organizational affiliations, email addresses, postal addresses, and phone numbers when provided by an individual. In some instances, we may collect other information such as job title, gender, and professional associations. We also receive information when an individual accesses our online content (website, newsletter, social media channels) including IP addresses, time, date, browser used, and actions taken within a site. We may receive information about which electronic mailings an individual receives, which articles are viewed, and what other actions are taken.
Personal data is stored in one of our contact management databases, which are accessible by our employees and service providers (processors). We work with the database platforms and any service providers to ensure your data are protected.
